Rachael joined the mortgage industry in 2001 after returning to the workforce following eight years as a stay-at-home mum raising her two sons.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, she has worked across the full mortgage lifecycle with custodians, non-bank lenders, banks and mortgage brokers. Her background includes customer service, loan processing, and every stage of the lending journey, from the initial fact find to post-settlement support.
Rachael enjoys being part of the Vision team and values working alongside a supportive group of professionals who are passionate about helping brokers succeed.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through walking and loves exploring restaurants, theatres, cinemas and live music in vibrant, walkable cities.
