For decades, sporting organisations around the globe have spoken about the importance of a great culture.
The search is continually on for:

If participants feel like they are an important part of an organisation, that promotes an unbeatable culture – and they’re more likely to enjoy their destination and thrive.
Unsurprisingly, “Culture” has also become a catchphrase in the corporate world. Employers are more mindful of creating a desirable culture than ever before. Employees simply want put up with a toxic or unacceptable culture in the current environment.

So what creates a good culture?
King culture attributes;
- Happiness in the work place
One of the very best examples of an established culture is in a Mentor Program. Imagine if you had a program to assist new industry entrants become successful and feel part of a family like group where culture really is King.
Imagine if you knew that if you, had a query it was answered. Imagine if you felt like you were part of team where “everyone flew together”. Imagine being part of a team, where different skills sets are shared – with the end goal of improving everyone’s capabilities.
I have been in this wonderful industry for 30 plus years in roles ranging from Mortgage Broker to National Sales Manager to General Manager. I can honestly say when it comes to mentor programs, I have seen it all… The good, the bad, and the non-existent.
The Vision aggregation mentor program is by far the most comprehensive mentor program available in the market today. Add to that the most cost effective, but most importantly, “Culture really is King”.
