Who is your favourite lender and why?  CBA. I can usually feel confident that they’ll approve pretty well every loan I send them. I like their common sense approach to deals that are slightly off centre

What is your career highlight thus far? Too numerous to mention. I love getting clients into their first house and helping people upgrade. I’ll never forget the feeling of moving into my first house so it’s great to be able to share that with clients. It’s also satisfying when I’ve been able to help clients build a portfolio. It’s always a highlight when I get a referral from an existing client

How did you come to join Vision? Matt and Dave had been my mortgage brokers since 2000 ( I was one of their first clients). When I moved to Orange with my husband and children I contacted them and asked if they’d like me to open an office in Orange. They did and it’s been fantastic working with them over the last 15 years

How long have you been with Vision? Since 2005

How is the current climate affecting you personally and professionally? This is a once in two lifetimes event. It’s changing by the hour. Things we were certain of two weeks ago we now wonder how we could have been so blasé. Ask me in 6 months and I might be able to give you a better response. Personally I’m trying to stay optimistic and calm but it’s hard when you see the hardships people are starting to go through. I hope I’m able to help clients by talking them through options
