Plan a good rest
This is the most important tip. If you are feeling the pinch from the chaos of this year, 100% take a GOOD break. You will not be able to kick off fresh in 2021 if you have not given yourself time out. Australians are still good at not expecting you to be working hard in January, take advantage of it, plan for it and have at least 2 weeks off, but maybe more! You may lose one or two opportunities, it is unlikely, but it will be worth it.
Push your current pipeline hard
Use the next two to three weeks to push all deals in the system as hard as you can. The less you have rolling over to next year, the less stress you will have over December and January.
Do not put this off until February next year. Have a think now about how you want your business to look by the end of 2021.

Start visualising this now, put it down on paper, discuss it with someone you trust.
Know your first push
To hit the ground running, have a think how you are going to push for business in the new year. What will your angle be to get your initial prospects in?
